Privacy Policy
SupplyKit ("we", "us", "our") operates the website supplykit.us. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit or make a purchase, how we use it, and the choices you have. We are committed to handling your data responsibly and only for the purposes described here.
Information we collect
- Order information. When you place an order we collect your name, email address, shipping address, and the items purchased. Payment card details are handled directly by our payment processor (Stripe) and are never stored on our servers.
- Usage & device data. We automatically log pages visited, referring source, approximate location derived from IP address, browser type, and interactions such as adding items to a cart or starting checkout. This helps us understand traffic, prevent fraud, and improve the store.
- Cookies. We use a first-party cookie to recognise your browser across pages and to measure whether visits come from search, ads, or direct traffic. See "Cookies" below.
How we use your information
- To process, fulfil, and deliver your orders and send order-related email.
- To measure site traffic and the performance of our advertising, including Google Ads and Google Shopping / Merchant Center listings.
- To detect, prevent, and investigate fraud or abuse.
- To respond to your questions and provide customer support.
Payment processing
Payments are processed by Stripe. When you check out you are redirected to Stripe's secure checkout. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded together with basic order details, but we do not receive or store your full card number, CVC, or expiry.
Cookies and analytics
We set a first-party cookie (sk_vid) that assigns a random identifier to your browser
so we can count unique visitors and attribute traffic to its source. We may also receive advertising
identifiers (such as Google's gclid or Shopping srsltid parameters) in the
URL when you arrive from a Google ad or product listing; these let us measure ad performance. You can
clear or block cookies in your browser settings; the store will still work.
Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the store — our hosting provider, our payment processor (Stripe), and shipping carriers — and only to the extent needed to provide those services, or where required by law.
Data retention
Order records are retained as long as needed to fulfil orders, meet legal and accounting obligations, and handle returns. Aggregate traffic logs are retained for analytics and fraud prevention and are periodically purged.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by emailing us. We will respond within a reasonable time. Depending on your location you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the revised policy.
